If you're watching your carbs or you have a gluten allergy, you're probably craving pizza. Well here is a recipe where you use zucchini for the crust! What a great healthy alternative and an awesome way to get more veggies into your body....maybe even your kids! Check it out!

  • 1 large egg or 2 small ones
  • About 3 small-medium zucchinis
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan or mozzarella.
  • salt Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  1. Grate the zucchini.
  2. Sprinkle salt on the zucchini and stir. Let it sit a few minutes.
  3. Squeeze the water out of the zucchini....this step is very important!
  4. Bake in the oven and cook until it has browned, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Then top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake until cheese is melted!
