After the stress of a holiday has subsided, it's always good to find a way to relax from all of that chaos. Bustle has given a few ideas on how to relax and reset following a crazy holiday weekend.

  • Get a massage because there's no doubt you have tense muscles from traveling or cooking or cleaning in preparation for Thanksgiving as well as after everyone had left and you have a mountain of dishes.
  • Take a nap instead and let someone else handle those dishes for you. You deserve a break!
  • Hydrate! After a long holiday weekend of almost non-stop eating, you need to make sure you stay hydrated (and wine does not count!) because your body needs water in order to digest all of the food that you're eating.

No matter how you choose to relax after this weekend, make sure that you're taking care of yourself because you took care of everyone else all weekend long.
