Rick Ross' penchant for smoking weed has gotten him in trouble once again. The rapper was arrested for marijuana possession in Georgia Wednesday afternoon (June 10).

The God Forgives, I Don't creator was driving around Fayette County, Ga., in his black Bentley (we wonder what he named this one) when he was pulled over by a deputy for a tinted window violation, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. When the official approached the Miami native's vehicle, a strong odor of weed was in the air, which apparently gives probable cause to search his ride.

After conducting a search, the deputy found five joints inside the "The Devil Is a Lie" rhymer's pricey car. As a result, Ross was taken to the Fayette County jail and booked on misdemeanor marijuana possession.

This marks the fourth time the 39-year-old MC has been arrested for a pot-related offense. In 2008, he was taken into custody in his hometown of Miami. Three years later, Ross was busted for having weed in Shreveport, La. Then in 2014, the Maybach Music Group leader was put in handcuffs in North Carolina for a similar offense.

Looks like the bawse needs to get hooked up with a medical marijuana card or enjoy a smoke in the comfort of his own home -- not when he's cruising around town.
