Say Goodbye To The Nine-Patty ‘T-Rex’ Burger!

On Wednesday afternoon, word got out that a Wendy's in Brandon, Manitoba, in Canada, was selling a burger with NINE hamburger patties and NINE slices of cheese called the "T-Rex."

But, once word got out on the internet about the burger, Wendy's pulled it off their menu.  A spokeswoman says, quote, "For obvious reasons, Wendy's of Brandon neither condones nor promotes the idea of anyone consuming a nine-patty hamburger in one sitting."  (Winnipeg Free Press)

I recently deejay ed a 5k run/walk for a local organization.  At the event they had an ambulance there in case someone needed medical attention.  Maybe Wendy's  didn't want the expense of having an ambulance there full time for the same reason.
