Over the years we've seen contrary studies about the benefits of drinking coffee, but science is now telling us to drink up!

According to Businessinsider.com, there are many benefits to drinking coffee. It helps in the battle against certain diseases like Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and certain types of cancer, just to name a few.

A cup of joe (or more) can also make you happier and fight depression! A Harvard University study in 2011 found that women who drank four or more cups per day had a 20% lower risk of becoming depressed.

Now, I don't drink coffee because I never really liked the taste of it. However after reading this I think I am going to give it a try again! If you have a special or secret recipe for a good coffee concoction, I would love to hear about it!
