I love my little Yorkie, Bentley! I think he is just the cutest, sweetest and most loving little dog. I would do just about anything to make him happy because he makes me so happy and gives me unconditional love. And according to a new survey I am not alone!

The study asked what people are willing to do to make their pets happy. Check out the results:

  1. 71% say they allow their pet to sleep in bed with them. Bentley sleeps in my bed he loves to cuddle and be cuddled.
  2. 64% say that they buy presents for their pads during the holidays. Of course Bentley gets presents on holidays. Christmas is his favorite because he gets presents and I let him have the ham bone.
  3. 45% say they have bought there pet a birthday present. Bentley gets a nice big bone on his birthday.
  4. 31% say they have cooked for their pet. One time when Bentley was sick and all he could eat was chicken and mashed potatoes so I cooked him that. But normally he only eats his dog food.
  5. 22% say they have dress them up in an outfit. I am totally guilty of this because we have tons of outfits! He is the type of dog that when it's cold should be wearing a sweater so I take full advantage of that and dress him up and cute outfits. He even has a football jersey he wears when we go to Caleb's football games.
  6. 12% say they have brought their pet to work with them. Also guilty of this one on a few occasions.
  7. 12% say they have bought their pet health insurance. This one I have not done.

The survey also found that we spend an average of almost $1200 a year on our pets including money on food and treats, medical bills, pet sitters, toys and other random stuff.
