I've heard of some weird laws that are still on the books in different states, and this one is right up there. I guess it is just the times we live in!

Have you ever gotten or sent a friend request to your boss on Facebook? Some think that it is not right to be 'friends' with your boss on Facebook, while others don't see the issue. But, what if you were legally required to accept a friend request from your boss?

Believe it or not, Arkansas came pretty close to making that a reality.

According to The Washington Post, Arkansas' House of Representatives passed a bill last month that would allow employers to force their employees to connect with them on social media. And, it passed easily.

The Arkansas Senate wasn't so into it and killed the bill, saying that it is way too invasive.

So, are you friends with your boss on Facebook? What do you think of this possible law?
