Should Tanya Get A Tea Cup Yorkie?

So my daughter Alexis wants to get a dog. She claims she will take care of it, but let's be honest, we all know I will be the one who ends up taking care of the puppy! She was looking at Tea Cup Yorkies. They are really cute! Im on the fence because I've never had a dog and I also wonder if it will get along with our two cats. HELP!!!! What do you think?
