I saw this story the other day and I thought it was a joke! After all, you really never know what to believe on the internet. But, apparently, the story is very true.

And, if this happens then I will have to rethink going to the movies.

Adam Aron just became the head of the AMC theater chain a few months ago, and he's already considering a move that'll make him a hero to some, and THE DEVIL to others.  I'm talking about movie theaters where TEXTING IS ALLOWED.

Aron says, quote, "When you tell a 22-year-old to turn off the phone, don't ruin the movie, they hear please cut off your left arm above the elbow.  You can't tell a 22-year-old to turn off their cellphone.  That's not how they live their life."

Obviously Aron recognizes that plenty of people will HATE this idea.  People would have the option of seeing their movie in a text-friendly or no-texting theater. (New York Post)

It's now your turn...what do you think of the possibility of texting be allowed in the movie theaters?
