Are you stressed out? Are you making more mistakes than usual? Maybe you need to take a vacation day. Here are six signs that maybe you should go ahead and take a day off.

So many people don't end up taking their vacation day because they're worried about taking time off of work. But it could be the best thing for you.

According to Health.com, here are six signs that you should take some time off:

1. Every little problem feels like a huge problem. That's a sure sign of being overloaded and stressed.

2. Your coworkers keep asking if you feel okay. Sometimes others can see you being stressed out before you actually see it. Maybe you're looking tired.

3. You have been making more mistakes than usual. People are humans, humans are imperfect and therefore will make mistakes. But Studies have shown that you are more likely to make mistakes when you're overworked.

4. You have more aches and pains then you usually do. Stress can have a physical toll on your body. You can be tired stressed also makes your body release chemicals that cause inflammation and what that does is make you more sensitive to pain. Not to mention that stress can cause stomach problems too.

5. You're having trouble sleeping. You may have a much harder time unwinding and falling asleep and when you do actually and up falling asleep the quality of your sleep is lowered if you're stressed about work.

6. If you start feeling doubtful about your job. Maybe you all the sudden don't like your job or your company or even your coworkers that's a sign that you're just burnt out.

So here are a few signs that it's time to take a vacation day. We all go through stressful times and it's nice and also needed to just sit back relax and recharge!
