Online dating can be tricky to navigate sometimes, but when you finally connect with someone over the internet enough to meet them in real life, it can be a nerve-wracking experience. Bustle says that there are ways to tell if you'll have chemistry with your internet crush when you get to meet them in person.

• You have a shared passion whether it be knitting or photography, it will promise good conversation when you two meet up in person even if the date itself is a bust.
• You find them attractive once you see them in person, which is great because photos can be misleading about how someone truly looks in reality because of lighting and angles and filters (we all do it sometimes).
• You're in similar life phases and that can occasionally tell you what they're looking for in meeting up with you... casual, serious, etc. It is easier to create a connection with someone who is traveling the same path as you are in life.

Until you actually meet someone, you never know if there will be chemistry between you two or not, but having a better idea of how your first date will go makes it all the more exciting.
