Southern Tier Young Professionals to Meet in Binghamton

The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce is looking to help young people get started in the business world.

The chamber hosted a news conference on the top level of the Water Street parking garage, adjacent to Boscov’s Department Store. The event outlined details of the October 26 Southern Tier Young Professionals Summit at the Holiday Inn Binghamton.

The half-day summit begins at 12:15 p-m and includes speakers, breakout sessions and opportunities for networking.

Chamber President and CEO Jennifer Conway says the next generation of leaders have to be brought into the decision-making process to make Broome County a great place to live.
