  • Spend time in nature and go for a hike or a swim at a local park! Take in the smells, sounds and sights that being outdoors can offer you and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.
  • Do something new whether that be yoga, knitting or gardening. Finding something that can relax your mind and something you can do by yourself may actually get you excited to have your alone time every now and then.

Seeking out new activities that you can do by yourself, spending time in nature, and just unplugging from social media can all be beneficial to you.
