I love stuffed peppers and I love soup! So I really enjoyed this meal the other day. Not only did I like it but the kids LOVED it and asked for seconds. And they wanted more the next day. So if you're looking for something easy and yummy to for dinner, you can make this!

2 lbs of LEAN ground beef

8 cups of beef broth

2 (14 oz) cans of diced tomatoes, undrained..I substituted one can for Rotel...so there was some extra spice!

2 cups of cooked rice...I used brown rice because it's healthier

2 peppers, chopped...I used red peppers because those are our favorite pepper

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Brown the ground beef and add onion and garlic. Drain grease. I actually had no grease to drain because I got such lean ground beef...I believe it was 93% lean. Throw that into a slow cooker along with the remaining ingredients and cook for 4 or more hours. You can also make on the stove top and it won't take as long. Enjoy!!!!!
