Last night my friend and I went to Social on State Street for Binghamton Restaurant Week. Social is a new restaurant in Binghamton, where the old Merlin's used to be. It was phenomenal! We were able to choose three things off the menu, and there was quite a selection! Our waitress said we should try to pick six different things and share them, and that's what we did. We were stuffed! Don't let the "small plates" deceive you! I have to say we really enjoyed everything, but my favorite was the bacon wrapped dates, which I wasn't going to try until another table told us that we needed to try them, so glad we did! I hope you all get out and enjoy Binghamton Restaurant Week and I HIGHLY recommend Social...you will love the experience!

Binghamton Restaurant Week is not just food, it is an event. This event is directly connected to the new, urban energy in downtown Binghamton. And, best of all, it supports Our Space and CHOW. Click here for a list of restaurants that are participating and their menus.
