Tanya’s Recipe of The Week

Tanya

This one is one of my recipes that I’ve made for the kids. It’s super easy and really good.

Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (or better yet, you can use leftover chicken)

8 tortilla shells

Container of sour cream

1 packet of taco seasoning

Cheddar cheese

Mix the taco seasoning and sour cream together. Spread a little bit of it on each tortilla shell. then put chicken and cheese on one of the shells and top it with another. But in a pan with some non-stick cooking spray or oil. Brown each side. Cut into 8 pieces and put some of the sour cream/taco seasoning mixture on plate to dip the quesadillas in. So yummy and EASY!
