[/caption]I love cannolis! So when I saw Ben & Jerry's had a limited flavor called Cannoli out, I had to try it. It's mascarpone ice cream with fudge covered cannoli pastry chunks and a mascarpone swirl. I thought it was GREAT! I think they should make this a permanent flavor, I think many people would love it too. I'd still say my favorite is still Coffee Heath Bar Crunch but Cannoli is up there.

One of the things I'd like to do with the kids this summer is take a tour of the Ben & Jerry's Factory in Vermont and a tour of the Graveyard. The Flavor Graveyard is where they put retired flavors. Ben & Jerry's has experimented with many flavors over the years and have actually retired around 200 flavors. The Flavor Graveyard holds around 27 tombs. Make sure to try this before it is no longer available. I think this would be a fun overnight trip to take with the kids, plus you get to sample ice cream!

I'd have to say if you haven't tried Ben & Jerry's Cannoli Ice Cream, you should before it is no longer available. You won't be disappointed!
