Tanya’s Southern Tier Hottie of the Week is Edward Kincer

This week's "Hottie of The Week" is Edward Kincer! Edward's sister nominated him and this is what she wrote to me: "I'm submitting my brothers photo for your "Hottie of the Week" My brother is a great, kind caring and sentimental person. Every time I bring him around my friends they all say he's cute so I figured I'd submit his picture.
