Today's time saving tip is to let the kids be involved in the meal planning. Let each of them pick out a meal. Make some rules for them, like they have to pick out a healthy meal, one with veggies and protein (not just pizza!). Then have them make the grocery list for that meal. They should have to go through the pantry to check and see what ingredients need to be purchased in order to make the meal. This will help cut your time down on thinking about what to make every day, every week. And it gets them involved!
