Tanya’s Trip to ‘Cake Boss’ Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken

The kids and I decided that we wanted to go check out Carlo's Bakery 'Cake Boss' in Hoboken New Jersey. So when we arrived we were told it probably would be about an hour wait. Luckily for us we were able to wait inside because it was bitter cold out. It was jam packed with people! The bakery was small and it reminded me of an old-time bakery. We ended up getting a bunch of cannolis and a mini cherry crumb pie, a gluten-free chocolate torte, a couple of lobster tails and a pecan wedge. Can you tell we were hungry?! It was pretty cool to see how someone started and now has become so successful! If you ever are near there you should go check it out, it's definitely worth the wait!
