Tattoos Can Help Get You Hired!

Tattoo's have become a lot more common and accepted over the past decade or so, especially with the millennial generation. It's one of the most creative and free ways to express yourself (I believe), and while yes it will be there forever, so are a lot of memories and scars that made me who I am today. No longer is the question asked " what will you look like when you're 80" because my generation knows we'll all be wrinkly and tattoo covered together!

Despite my views and the general public's views on tattoos, they have been a large debate in the workplace; is it appropriate? should they be covered up? should we even hire this person? Well a new study is putting that all to rest; tattoos can help you get HIRED, not FIRED!

The research found that having tattoos can actually increase a candidate’s chance at employment because body art can help to convey an organization’s image (especially for those geared toward younger customers!)

So just remember next time someone gives you smack for your tattoos, just scream in their face and tell them they're WRONGGGG!!! No dont do that! But at least now you'll have a better response than just yelling at them haha!
