The Farmer’s Almanac Predicts A Nasty Winter For The Southern Tier

Let me start by saying I love summer, the hotter, the better! Winter is not my favorite season. Although I do find the snow to be pretty, enjoy skiing, eating soup, sleigh riding and of course Christmas! But I REALLY don't enjoy shoveling, being cold, getting stuck in the snow, school delays/closings having to wear tons of layers and winter lasting way longer than any other season!

So I just had to share this super cheery news I read this morning. Yes I'm being sarcastic.The Farmer's Almanac is predicting a nasty winter for us for the 2013-14 season. They are predicting a "piercing and "bitterly" cold winter. This is not what I was hoping for! I better go buy a snow blower and automatic car starter today and enjoy the 80 degree weather we have in store for us this week!
