I would definitely have to agree with that list that would make me not want to have a second date with somebody. Being rude to a server says a lot about somebody. I would also add to that list for myself somebody who is a bad tipper.

3. Not being engaged in the conversation
4. Being negative
5. Drinking too much

The lists are very similar with the exception of apparently men don't have a problem with inappropriate touching on the first date...Ha!
