The Joys Of Being A Homeowner! (Sarcasm)

Tis the season for getting the lawn ready for summer!  Planting flowers, mowing, putting down the mulch and weeding!   After our long and cold winter, most people are ecstatic to start working in the yard.

I wish I enjoyed working in the yard more, but if I am being honest...I don't enjoy it at all.  I love summer, but do not like doing yard work.  I understand that it can be relaxing and rewarding but I seem to dread having to head out and do something in the yard.

I also said that I disliked reading, but if I can toot my own horn, I am now on my second book!  So, who knows.  Maybe next summer I will be itching at the end of winter to get out and work in the lawn.
