Who doesn't like a donut or two in the morning! Maybe I read too much but I just read that the best time to cheat on your diet is in the morning because you have all day to work it off. Another good time to cheat is after a workout because your metabolism is in high gear.

A friend recently told me that instead of making drastic changes to your diet, do it slowly. For example, instead of two donuts in the morning, eat just one.

So, I recently found a donut shop that sells these donuts that are the size of a Frisbee. Instead of my two Boston Creme donuts to start my day, I am only having ONE (huge) donut.

I am pretty sure that this new diet trick will fail but I do have them on a technicality.
