I believe I may have found the perfect drink for you to do both!

I am always looking for a nice summer smoothie that is easy to make and great to enjoy by the pool. I think I have found it. It is a Banana Almond Smoothie. It is very simple to make.

All you need is a blender to get going. It calls for a cup of almond milk, 3 bananas, a tablespoon of almond butter, some honey, and any frozen fruit you wish. The key is to use frozen fruit and bananas to make the consistency a little thicker and cold.

First, put 3 bananas in a blender. Then, add a cup of almond milk, followed by a tablespoon of almond butter. After that, add a couple handfuls of frozen fruit. This time of year I like some blueberries and strawberries. Lastly, put some honey on top of all of the ingredients and then blend them up.

The thing I like about this recipe is that you can add protein powder if you want to get an extra punch in your drink. And, you can also change the amount of fruit you want in it without compromising the taste of it.
