Tis the season to get back to your fitness goals! Unless, you stuck to them during the holidays and if you did, I applaud you! I love incorporating kettlebells into my workouts! Here are some great moves to add to your fitness routine.

First of all here is what  Kettlebells looks like. They come in many different sizes to suit your workout needs. For example, when doing kb swings I may use a 12lb but when I used them for sumo squats yesterday, I used a 35lb.
