I love this recipe and have been making it for years. It's so easy! Plus my kids LOVE it! I made it for them the other day using leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Since it was only Caleb and Lexi eating it, I did cut this recipe in half and we still have leftovers of it. I topped off this meal with some leftover mashed potatoes and a salad. YUM! Let me know what you think! (I forgot to take a picture to show you what it looked like)

1 package of Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing

1 stick of butter

2 cans of chicken broth

2 cans of cream of chicken soup

4 cups of chicken or turkey...cooked and shredded

Melt butter and stir in dry stuffing mix. In separate bowl combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Butter a baking dish. Take a layer of the dressing mixture and put in baking dish, then a layer of chicken, then pour some of the liquid on top. Repeat layering. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. After 30 minutes take off cover.

ENJOY!
