Unannounced Visitor Stops By Louie G’s House

The other day I was home in my living room. I was minding my own business and definitely not watching the Spice Channel, when all of a sudden I heard a thump on my window.

I got up to investigate and found this feathered friend on the window sill looking in at me. I knocked on the window, but he didn't spook at all and kept looking in.

Then, my new little friend started to climb on the window screen. That's when I thought he might be a woodpecker. I am not a bird expert but I thought that woodpeckers can scale a tree or something like the window screen sideways. But, this is just me guessing.

If you are bird person, do you think that this is a woodpecker. Or, if it not a woodpecker, what kind of bird is it?
