Dizziness is one of those symptoms that you can almost blame on anything. Bustle has some reasons for why you're feeling dizzy that you may not have thought about yet.

  • You have allergies which you may not think of because most allergy symptoms are a runny nose, itchy eyes, a rash, but dizziness? A sinus congestion can actually make you feel a little off-balance, so dizziness is just as common as these others.
  • You've suffered inner ear damage and that's a condition that I'm sure that you don't think about right away, but if the dizziness is becoming more chronic, it might be something worth considering.
  • You're dehydrated which I'm sure is something you've been hit over the head about because dehydration can cause so many physical issues.

Anything that is happening more and more often to you such as dizziness or another symptom should be made aware by your doctor. They will always know much more than I will, but you can try to drink more water and see if you feel better!
