Aside from hard work, more exercise and watching what we eat, it is almost impossible to lose weight. That’s why we fall for these “quick fix” products on TV. We want results now and easily.

But, this actually might be a little easy and it could possibly work. According to Time.com, eating with a smaller fork actually makes us eat more. The study compared how much food was consumed by those using a larger fork that held 20% more food than its smaller counterpart.

"People don't feel like they are making progress toward satisfying their hunger with a small fork so they consume more."

Research shows that we leave more on our plate when using the larger fork.

I guess it’s time to go into the garage and grab my pitch fork. What tricks do you use or have that help you keep off the pounds? I would love for you to share with me!
