I came across this recipe and I thought it sounded refreshing and something kids could enjoy as well. Everyone enjoys watermelon in the summer so why not add it to a drink! And it's low in calories so you don't feel guilty grabbing a second glass!

3 cups cubed chilled watermelon

1 cup coconut water

squeeze of fresh lime

Ice if needed

Sprig of mint

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Makes two servings.
