Weekend Fun At Spiedie Fest!

What a great Spiedie Fest weekend! We couldn't have asked for better weather all three days! Friday was tons of fun. I watched Louie G kick off the start of the weekend by playing the National Anthem as our County Executive, Debbie Preston held a ceremony honoring our serviceman and women. Then we headed down to watch Night Ranger. They were a blast!

Saturday we had Stephanie Scott and Kenton Duty, both from the Disney Channel, there doing a meet and greet with fans. They were great and it was funny because later that day I was watching the balloon launch and I noticed Kenton going up in a hot air balloon! Later he told me he had a great time on the balloon ride and Spiedie Fest, he ended up staying the whole weekend! Leanne Rhimes performed later that night and she even brought her famous, hunky hubby Eddie on the road with her.

Sunday was another great day! We had Keegan Allen and Emily Osment perform and do a meet and greet. You can't imagine the line to meet them! It went halfway through the park. Keegan was determined to see each and every fan, even though he had a plane to catch. He actually was one of my favorite celebrities that I've met. He was very kind and appreciative, he even thanked and hugged me for having him come to Speidie Fest!

Of course you can't forget to mention all the delicious food we ate this weekend. The spiedies, jungle fries, fried Reece's, homemade ice cream, fresh squeezed lemonade and that was just me! Good thing it's Monday because you know you always start eating better on Mondays!
