I love breakfast and especially eggs. When I was growing up, I always made eggs at my parents house for breakfast. But, I would put them in the frying pan and turn the heat on high. My dad would tell me repeatedly that the best way to cook eggs is on low heat.

But, I was just in a hurry to get them done so I could eat sooner. Now, I find myself telling everyone who is cooking eggs to cook them on low heat. He was right. Low heat is better for cooking eggs.

That's not a huge secret but it's something I know now when I cook. It did make me think though. If you ask everyone you know, I bet you most of them have some sort of tip or 'secret' to cooking or grilling something. And, most of the time, they are excited to share their knowledge.

I would love to hear from you guys about some of your cooking or grilling tips and/or secrets. What do you do that works great and makes the food taste better? Let me know!
