What Do You Get When You Cross Cinco De Mayo With Derby Day At Tioga Downs?

This past Saturday I was at Tioga Downs for the return of live harness racing and Derby Fest 6.  It was a big ol' Kentucky Derby party!  Since hats are a big part of the Kentucky Derby experience, I saw some amazing hats at Tioga Downs.

I had to get a picture with this guy who took part in the festivities by wearing a hat.  But, he took it a bit further and decorated the hat for Cinco De Mayo!  The picture doesn't do the hat justice...it was a great hat!  And, he smelled like Corona.
