Oh my! We had actual snow flakes already! Who's ready for Winter fun to start?

Here are some fun activities and events to take in around the Southern Tier. If you have one you want to share, let us know 2 weeks in advance.

The Greater Binghamton Association of Realtors are sponsoring Team Trivia night with dinner to benefit Robbie, a 5 year old with VATERS Syndrome. Trivia will be held at the Kalurah Shrine, 625 Dickson Street in Endicott on Saturday. Dinner is at 5 with trivia at from 6 to 9 pm.

Our Savior Lutheran Church is holding a men’s conference with the program “Is Faith Important to You” on Saturday from 10 am to 2:30 pm at the church, 731 Hooper Road in Endwell. Lunch is included in cost.

The Animal Care Council’s annual wine tasting and auction is Friday from 5:30 to 9 pm at the Columbus Club, 126 Main Street in JC.

The Vestal Knights of Columbus are holding their annual turkey raffle on Friday from 6:30 to 10 pm at Our Lady of Sorrows Café, 801 Main Street Vestal. Includes dinner.

The Human Society is having Top Dog Team Trivia Night on Friday from 6 to 9 pm at American Legion Post 89, 118 Jensen Road in Vestal. There will be raffles, door prizes and more. For info call 724-3709.

The Lisle Fire Company holds a pancake breakfast on Sunday from 7 am to noon. Free will offering accepted.

The Maine American Legion, Route 26, hosts its turkey party on Saturday at 7 pm. No minors allowed.

The Northern Broome Senior Center, 12 Strongs Place in Whitney Point, hosts a craft bazaar on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. There will be a rummage and bake sale in the building as well. Food available all day.

St. Patrick’s Church, Keibel Road in Whitney Point, hosts a holiday bazaar from 8 am to 5:30 pm on Saturday. Includes a white elephant sale, bake sale and lunch will be served.

The Berean Bible Church, 109 County Road 2 in Greene, is having a coats for the Community giveaway in December and needs coat donations. They need to be clean, gently used or new. Accessories like hats, mittens, scarves and gloves are also being accepted. Bagged items may be dropped off weekday mornings or call 656-8413.
