What’s The Best Place To Get Ice Cream In The Southern Tier?

Summer is almost here!  There is nothing better on a warm summer day than Ice Cream!  It's the perfect treat whether you're with family, friends, on a date or just treating yourself!

Growing up in Johnson City, we would always go to Carvel on Riverside Drive.  But, there are so many great ice cream places from Owego to Whitney Point to Windsor that I forget about them.  So, I need your help in finding the 'Best Ice Cream Shop in the Southern Tier!'
