What’s Your Fitness Routine?
The other day I confessed that I had lost track of my fitness goals. As promised, I am showing you my journey to getting back on track! So, here is a peek at what my day looked like today:
Before coming to work this morning I ran sprints…on a nice steep hill!
I fueled up with a yummy protein shake that jump started my morning! Before I knew it, I was at the gym on my lunch break for a mini workout that included power walking and getting rid of that “spare tire” people speak of.
I walked 1 mile and then did a power set of side dips (10 reps on each side with a 10lb weight) and back extensions (with a 10lb weight)
For lunch I had a salad made with black olives, tomatoes and sliced turkey. Then, for an afternoon snack I had a tangerine, a healthy way to satisfy my sweet tooth!
