I've done the 30 day squat challenge before and liked it. I decided to do it again! And I want you guys to do it too. If we have support then we will be more likely to stick to it. I am also going to incorporate crunches as well. So I'll so the amount of squats required for the day and I'll do the same amount of crunches. So today we start!
