I always start off with great intentions when I want to clean a part of my house or garage. But, somewhere in the planning process I think that there is nothing that can be tossed out.

I know that I am not the only one. A lot of people suffer with the same issue as me...we are HOARDERS!

A new survey found the five reasons we won't get rid of stuff, even if we NEVER use it.  Check 'em out . . .

1.  "I might need it one day."

2.  Sentimental reasons.

3.  Hanging onto it to sell it.

4.  You'd feel guilty throwing it away.

5.  Laziness.

The things we feel the most guilty about throwing away are gifts . . . family heirlooms . . . clothes we rarely ever wear . . . and greeting cards.

The survey also found that 27% of us spend at least two hours a week looking around the house for stuff we can't find . . . and 90% of people would throw away some of their significant other's stuff if they knew it wouldn't cause a fight. (PR Newswire)
