Woman Recognizes Robber Because They are Friends on Facebook – Freaky Friday

I loved this 'Freaky Friday' news story! It made me that that next time you're on the fence of whether you should add a person who just sent you a friend request on Facebook or decline, remember this story and add them. You never know when something will come in handy!

According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, there was a woman in Florida who recently had her purse stolen by four men while she was getting out of her car. Two of the four men were wearing masks, and the other two were not.

Well, she ended up recognizing one of the men who weren't wearing a mask. How did she recognize him, you ask? Because they are Facebook friends!

Obviously they didn't know each other very well at all, but she definitely recognized him. So all she had to do was forward his profile to the police and he was quickly arrested and charged with the robbery.
