You Will Never Believe This Law in France

France just passed a law that, well...poses many questions.

The law states, as of December 1st, it is now legal to have a toilet in your kitchen and living room. In case you weren't up-to-date on your French policies, this has been illegal until now.

First of all, are things that quiet in the government that they can spend time debating this? Second, who in their right mind would want this in their kitchen? I don't know about you, but my family doesn't want my bathroom in the same house that they are in, let alone the same room!
