You Won’t Believe What American Idol Taught People?

American Idol wrapped up a fantastic 15-year run this week. During it's peak, I remember going to American Idol parties and talking non-stop about the singers and auditions to everyone that would listen!

The final episode was star-studded and even included past American Idol contestants. All of the judges came back to say goodbye, as well.It was a great sendoff. But, if you are sad don't be. There are rumors flying around that it will be back. We'll have to wait and see on that one.

And, I think I'd be lying if I said that I didn't vote for my favorite performer over the years. Well, I am not sure if you knew this or not but according to Business Insider, 22% of people say the first time they figured out how to send text messages was when they were voting for "American Idol!"
