You Won’t Believe What Law New Jersey Is Trying To Pass

If New Jersey was filled with people like me then this law would make perfect sense. But, for the normal person this law that is trying to be passed in New Jersey sounds silly.

Apparently, the government thinks we are SO incapable of basic motor skills and self-control that they think up laws like THIS.  New Jersey is considering a bill right now that would make it illegal to WALK and TEXT.

If it becomes a law, you could get a $50 fine or 15 days in JAIL for using your phone while you walk.  There are some cities in the U.S. that have these kinds of laws already, but no entire states.

For what it's worth, the number of people who've gotten into "distracted walking" accidents is up 35% since 2010. (Huffington Post)
