It can be hard with our busy lives and packed schedules to remember to drink enough water every day. However, Bustle says that there are weird symptoms that happen to your body when you don't drink enough water.

  • You have bad breath because if you don't drink enough water, you won't be producing enough saliva to avoid dry mouth and ultimately the bad breath that follows.
  • You have a headache and that could mean that you're thirsty! Quench your thirst and keep it up with a daily water drinking routine to hopefully avoid your next headache all together.
  • You're getting dizzy when you stand up from your desk or chair. People usually associate that with low blood sugar, but it could just be that you need more water. Take a few sips and see how you feel before you grab a granola bar.

Whether you need to schedule in time during the day to drink water, or make a plan to have a glass of water with every meal, drinking enough during the day helps your body run smoothly and efficiently, as well as help you lose weight!
