You’re More Likely to Get Dumped Today Than Any Other Day of the Year

If you're single and feeling down because Valentine's Day is right around the corner, I have some good news for you! If you're in a relationship...well...you may not like these statistics.There's a new survey that found you're more likely to get dumped today...yes today, February 10th, than any other day of the year. According to the study 22% of people say they've dumped someone on February 10th, if you're counting yes it's exactly exactly four days before Valentine's Day.

Heartless don't you think?! They say it's mainly because the person didn't want to spend Valentine's Day pretending things were okay. I think it's because they didn't want to spend money.

On the bright side, if you do happen to get dumped today, maybe it's a blessing in disguise. Another survey found that 4% of people say they'd hold off on dumping someone until right after Valentine's Day only because they still want a gift and a nice dinner. So basically that means you're just getting used and gonna get dumped eventually!

Oh and here is another statistic - 1 in 12 married men will buy a Valentine's Day gift for a woman other than their wife this year. Somehow I don't think they were talking about his sister!
