We all have bad habits. And, we all SAY we want to change our bad habits, but how many of us really do want to change.

If you don't really want to change your bad habits then you will keep failing at changing. But, if you are serious about changing your bad habits then I believe you will do it.

Men's Health has come up with some ways you can break your bad habits.  Check these tips out and see if they can help you:

Wear a rubber band
When you feel a craving coming on snap your wrist three times quickly. Scientists and torturers call this negative reinforcement: Craving equals pain. It's akin to smacking yourself in the nose with a newspaper.

Pour yourself a glass of cure
When it comes to nervous habits, water is your secret weapon. When you feel a craving coming on, chug at least 10 ounces of water. It's amazing how well this works.

Switch sides of the bed
If you're a consistent habit former, you should overhaul your routines; what time you wake up, what you eat for breakfast, what route you take to work, and so on every three months.

Good Luck!
