Last year during the holidays, I was very busy cooking, baking, cleaning and shopping! I totally lost track of all of my fitness goals! It's especially disappointing because at this time last year I had come so far! This holiday season that WILL NOT be the case! I've put together some quick workouts for the the weeks to come. Most of these are only 20 minutes long so there are no excuses!
