A Moment of Silence For The Victims In Connecticut

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that New York State will observe a moment of silence. The moment of silence will be taking place this morning at 9:30 to remember the victims that were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School last Friday. Cuomo is also asking places of worship and government buildings to ring bells 26 times in honor of each life lost.
