Do you have people on your Facebook that are constantly posting pictures of their food, their children or bragging about how great their significant other is or how much they workout and what they eat to achieve a great body?

Psychologists at Brunel University in London gave people a personality test and have found connections between our personality traits and the things we post on Facebook. Check it out!

The psychologists found four strong connections between personality traits and social media postings.

1. People with low self-esteem are more likely than anyone else to post about their significant other.

2. Narcissists are most likely to post about their achievements. And it seems that the more likes and comments they get, the more likely they are to keep posting them.

3. Narcissists are also the most likely to write about their diet and workout routine. This may be to subtly let others know how physically attractive they are.

4. Conscientious people are more likely to write about their children.

I'm not sure what one of those I fall into. I guess I write about my children but it's most tagging us places like when we went to Niagara Falls last weekend. Look at that, I'm not such a bad person after all!
